【Raw Material Introduction】: Oolong tea, also known as dark green tea and semi-fermented tea, has a wide variety of cultivars. It is a unique tea category with distinct Chinese characteristics among major Chinese teas. Oolong tea is a high-quality tea produced through a series of processes including plucking, withering, shaking, fixation, rolling and baking. It evolved from dragon and phoenix tribute tea cakes of the Song Dynasty and was first developed around 1725 during the Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty. It leaves a lasting fragrant aftertaste with sweet and fresh lingering flavour on the palate after drinking.
