Scope of application: Konjac glucomannan is widely used as additive of food. It can be added as thickening agent and stabilizing agent in jelly, jam, juice, vegetable juice, ice cream, solid drink, flavoring material. It can be used as binder in noodle, rice noodle, burger, ham sausage, bread, and cake. It can be used as gels in soft sweet, sticky candy and crystal sugar.
